Membership Fee
How much does RUZ membership cost?
For new members, the following membership fee applies in the first year, depending on the category:

CHF 300 for regular active members (CHF 175 for half a year, license of CHF 60 remains the same)

The rugby association's license fee is included in your membership fee.

CHF 250 for active students and apprentices (CHF 150 for half a year)

CHF 100 for passive members
Afterwards, depending on the category, the following basic annual membership fee applies, which can be reduced by working hours

CHF 460.- for regular active members

CHF 410.- for active students and apprentices

Working hours

For every hour worked (max. 8h), CHF 20.- will be deducted from the membership fee.

If 8 hours are worked, the membership fee remains as before:

It is generally expected that every member contributes 8 hours / 1 day per year to the club, i.e., the regular membership fee is CHF 300.- or CHF 250.-.

For every additional hour worked (max. another 10h), an additional CHF 10.- can be deducted from the membership fee.

The minimum membership fee is therefore CHF 200.- or CHF 150.- (460 – 8×20 – 10×10 = CHF 200.-)

Worked hours can be entered until June 30th at http://stunden.ru-zurich.ch (principle of personal responsibility). The recorded hours will be credited towards the membership fee for the following season.
